He has worked through many years of conflict and survived numerous life threats due to the help of the local communities while protecting fellow workers and essential equipment.
Today, Nepo continues this commitment with exemplary dedication as Sector Chief Center of the << Maiko National Park >>.
His story reflects the resilience of all the rangers and community actors who, day after day, defend this heritage in the face of the multiple security and environmental challenges.
